What is Mukhyamantri Chiranjeevi Yojana (MAAY)?
The Mukhyamantri Chiranjeevi Swasthya Bima Yojana was launched by the Rajasthan Government on 1 May 2021 to provide every family in the state access to quality hospital care without worrying about treatment costs. On 19 February 2024, the Rajasthan State Health Assurance Agency (RSHAA) renamed the scheme as Mukhyamantri Ayushman Arogya Yojana (MAAY). All existing cardholders, empanelments, and benefits remain unchanged.

Eligibility Criteria for Chiranjeevi Yojana (MAAY) 2025
The Mukhyamantri Ayushman Arogya Yojana (MAAY) covers all families permanently residing in Rajasthan. Coverage is divided into two categories: families eligible for fully government-funded coverage and families that can enrol under the scheme by paying an annual premium of ₹850.
