What is RGHS? – RGHS Kya Hai?
RGHS (Rajasthan Government Health Scheme) is a state-sponsored health insurance programme launched in September 2021 by the Government of Rajasthan. The scheme ensures that state government employees, pensioners, ministers, and MLAs have access to quality medical care — at little or no cost.
Based on CGHS (Central Government Health Scheme) rates and provisions, RGHS covers OPD, IPD, surgeries, diagnostics, medicines, and maternity services at all government and empanelled private hospitals across Rajasthan.
All claims under RGHS are processed entirely online through the RGHS Portal (rghs.rajasthan.gov.in) . Pre-authorization for major treatments is coordinated at the hospital level.

RGHS Card Kya Hota Hai?
The RGHS Card (also called RGHS e-Card) is a digital identity card issued to every registered beneficiary via the RGHS portal. It serves as your key to cashless treatment at all empanelled hospitals, including CBLM Holy Family Hospital.

Card approval typically takes 3–7 working days after successful submission
Documents needed for RGHS registration: Aadhaar Card, Jan Aadhaar Card, Passport-size Photo, Email ID, Service Certificate / PPO, Ration Card, Age Proof, and relationship proof for dependents.

How to Register for RGHS?
Registering for RGHS is simple and entirely online. Follow these steps:
Visit SSO Portal
Go to sso.rajasthan.gov.in . Login with your SSO ID or register a new account using Jan Aadhaar.
Open RGHS Application
From the SSO dashboard, select the RGHS app and click on Registration. Select your beneficiary category.
Fill Details & Upload Documents
Enter personal, service/retirement details, and family member information. Upload required documents.
Verification by DDO
Your Drawing & Disbursing Officer (DDO) verifies and approves the registration.
Download & Print RGHS Card
After approval (3–7 working days), login to the RGHS portal and self-print your RGHS e-Card.
